Roland is an Associate Lawyer at Hospodar Davies Goold & Culp LLP. He practices law with a focus on Family and Civil Litigation and Wills and Estates. He possesses practical work experience combined with excellent negotiation training and litigation experience benefits his clients. Roland is a relatable, and knowledgeable advocate both inside and outside of the courtroom. His positive outlook and down to earth attitude allow Roland to build a healthy rapport with colleagues and clients alike.
Roland obtained his Law degree from Bangor University in North Wales. Prior to law school, Roland attended McMaster University in Hamilton, ON. It was at McMaster that Roland participated in mock legal negotiation exercises and developed his passion for law.
Before embarking on his legal career, Roland worked in the trades and built homes in the Simcoe, Delhi, and Port Dover areas of Norfolk County. Working alongside others in a team environment has fostered a deep appreciation for collaboration. Roland believes that working with his clients in a collaborative manner will achieve the best outcomes for his clients.
Roland is an avid angler and outdoorsman. In his spare time, he enjoys fishing on the Great Lakes and throughout Ontario both recreationally and competitively. Unfortunately, his secret fishing spot is so secret, not even the fish know about it.
